According to Jomeh-IRNA:there was held a ceremony in Avicenna Research institute in the precence of university and seminary professor and scholars with accompany numbers of ambassadors and representatives of Kuwait, Palestine Qatar,Libya Kenya, Bahrain, Turkey. Dr. Mehdi Mohaghegh emphasizes in the importance of research, maintaince and correct of manuscripts.
Ayatollah Fazel Maleki mentioned that to keep and maintain of Islamic history & quranic books. He referred these kind of work in the row of the way of GOD then he compared east and west outlines works.
